Café PASAR specializes in a range of flavorful dishes, making it a fantastic spot for any meal of the day. Dive into their popular offerings, with the calamari and various grilled items frequently highlighted by returning customers. While some may have reservations about specific dishes such as the quesadilla—cautioned against by diners like Dolan Duck—many others rave about the generous selection of cooked meals displayed on the rack. The hearty Filipino classics find their way onto the menu here, and even though some items might be on the pricier side, the quality and freshness of the food make each meal worth it.

Customer experiences echo the café's dedication to excellence. Rick Crawford, a regular visitor, emphasizes that “everything has been great” over his three-week stay, particularly praising the outstanding service. The dedication of the staff is palpable; their attentiveness ensures a dining experience that feels personalized and fulfilling. Mario Arredondo also echoes this sentiment, highlighting the pleasant atmosphere and warm staff interactions as reasons to keep coming back.

Even if the café gets busy, and you may experience a bit of a wait during peak times, the friendly demeanor of the servers contributes to an overall positive experience. As Danica Felixa Avila shared, it’s worth the wait, especially when their beloved calamari is calling your name.

Café PASAR serves not only scrumptious meals but also offers a genuine taste of Leyte's local culture, wrapped up in a friendly and inviting environment. For visitors and locals alike, it stands out as a must-visit destination. I have been eating all my meals here for three weeks now. Everything has been great. I can't emphasize enough, how well the service has been. Everyone goes above and beyond, to assure a good dining experience. I highly recommend the PASAR Cafe.

Food is reasonable at its price. Not too cheap, not too expensive, you have the option to go outside or go to thier air conditioned area, food is good except for the quesadillas, please dont order it, its a waste of money but other food options are good.

We’re a regular in this cafe. Our favorites are calamari & quesadilla from their regular menu. But usually, for lunch and dinner, we choose from cooked meals displayed on their rack. The servers/ waiters are always kind and polite. Serving time is a bit long but that’s common around this area.

Everyone very polite. Very clean, air conditioned. Noisey staff, annoying "Showtime" playing on the TV, typical Philippines restaurant. Can't make coffee to save their life. Half decent Sigsig though. Showed up at 12:15 and it was 3/4s empty. Located on industrial estate so you need to leave your driver's license at the gate and get a temporary pass. Good place to stop and get something to eat as you are touring the Palompon-Isabela road.

Located in the spacious peaceful pasar staff-quarters compound. Easily the best cafe in Isabel. Most items are expensive but it can still be worth hanging out here. I wish it was quiet in the cafe but usually there is loud television playing. The patio can be a good peaceful escape if it's not hot outside.
